The options range from the traditional whiskey and gin to some unique offerings such as the Humane No.1 Rum. The combination of maple and butter pecan gives this rum such a unique taste. I love having it around in the cold months but especially during the holidays. It makes for a great cocktail base.

    My top favorite is their traditional whiskey. It's smooth, full bodied, and 100 proof! Whiskeys of this caliber do not carry a high alcohol content or cannot be consumed straight, instead tend to be very rough. I was so surprised to find the Rare Pennsylvania Whiskey is just perfectly balanced. It checks all the boxes for me and I consume it regularly. To me it's most important that a whiskey is made in small batches. It shows craftsmanship and dedication."
