Long before we poured our first spirit, we restored the late-1800s firehouse that now houses Five Saints. The American Distilling Institute recognized that effort with their “Best Repurposed Building” award — honoring distilleries that preserve local history while fueling new craftsmanship. For us, it’s proof that where we distill matters just as much as what we distill.
