Humane No. 1 Rum
Inspired by our founder’s Upstate NY childhood memories of running wild with a band of brothers and cousins in the 60s and 70s.
The countryside smell of sweet maple trees and homemade syrup, his grandma's butter pecan pie, and bourbon made by his uncles "out back" ... this rum has been meticulously developed to capture that essence. Using family secrets, premium ingredients, and precision small-batch distilling, we are proud to present you with Humane No.1 Rum.

Savory Tuscan Style Gin
We wanted to craft a gin that felt like home, so we looked to our family’s Tuscan roots and reimagined what gin could be. While traditional London dry styles lead with sharp, piney juniper, we went the other way, to the Tuscan gardens. Experience a blend of botanical Tuscan herbs in this uniquely savory gin.

White Whiskey
Sweet like a whiskey. Smoky like a mezcal. Smooth like nothing else.
Crafted from a mash bill of 75% corn and 25% rye, our White Whiskey delivers a bold, unexpected balance. Warm and slightly sweet upfront, with a dry, smoky finish.
What makes it truly unique is the extra column distillation that helps smooth the spirit and adds a finishing touch: after distillation, where we have the spirit “touch oak.” This interaction pulls just enough to impart campfire-like smoke, without picking up the color or dominant wood flavors you’d find in an aged whiskey.

Slow Distilled Vodka
Slow distilled three times in copper stills and small batches from 100% Pennsylvania corn. Our signature slow distilling process produces a smooth, crisp, and buttery vodka.
Most vodka is made fast and in large quantities, from low-quality ingredients and with lots of automation. The result is vodka that needs to be hidden by mixers and a bad hangover the next day. No bueno.
We've made our vodka differently from day one, which is why you love it.

Long before we poured our first spirit, we restored the late-1800s firehouse that now houses Five Saints. The American Distilling Institute recognized that effort with their “Best Repurposed Building” award, honoring distilleries that preserve local history while fueling new craftsmanship. For us, it’s proof that where we distill matters just as much as what we distill.
