Five Saints is a family-operated multi-disciplinary distillery dedicated to premium, unique, and smooth small batch spirits.
Founded in Pennsylvania in 2014, we pride ourself on our commitment to giving back to first responders, our rigorous distilling process, and our curated portfolio of award-winning spirits. The operation is led by John Robert George, founder and head distiller, who is passionate about getting the flavor, formula, and execution just right on every bottle.

Our three-story craft distillery sits proudly on Main Street in the heart of Norristown, Pennsylvania, inside the restored Humane Fire Engine Co. No. 1, a historic firehouse that’s stood for more than a century.
Originally built in 1852, when we began restoring the building in 2014, we uncovered countless artifacts from its firefighting days and carefully wove them into the space you see today.
Every detail, from the tin ceilings to the old fire poles, tells a story of craftsmanship, service, and pride.

The Distillery is open on Saturdays from 2-6 pm. Enjoy signature cocktails, bottle sales, and catch a distillery tour once monthly. We welcome you to bring food in from a local vendor, as we do not serve food at this time... so BYOF!
Distillery Tour & Spirits Tasting
Step inside the restored Humane Fire Engine Co. #1, a firehouse that’s served the greater Philadelphia community of Norristown for over 150 years, and see how history, craftsmanship, and service still thrive within its walls.
Join us in the firehouse’s ground floor for a guided tour of Five Saints Distilling, where we produce our award-winning spirits in small batches using custom copper equipment. You’ll learn about each step of our artisan distilling process - from sourcing ingredients to grain milling and fermentation to distillation, bottling, and labeling.
You’ll also learn about the rich history of our firehouse and the heroes who served here. Enjoy as we share the stories behind the Five Saints who inspired our name and our commitment to honoring first responders. Explore vintage firefighting memorabilia and participate in an old school firehouse tradition.
After the tour, relax and enjoy a tasting of our award-winning spirits, all distilled and handcrafted on-site. Craft cocktails from our full bar are available for purchase before or after the tour.
Know before you go:
- Tour starts at 2:30 and lasts about an hour
- The lounge and bar is air-conditioned; the distillery is not so please dress for the season.
- Guests must be 12+ to attend and 21+ to taste or purchase alcohol.
- Please email info@fivesaintsdistilling.com at least 72 hours before your tour if you need to reschedule.
- For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate intoxicated guests.
