Rare Pennsylvania Whiskey is distilled from locally sourced Pennsylvania corn and rye and aged with American oak. It pours bold but approachable, layered with nuts, caramel, and smoked oak.

 We aim to honor those who paved the way, embrace the adventure of life, and leave the world better than we found it. We are proud to give back a portion of each bottle sold to first responders and their families during times of need through the Montgomery County Hero Fund. It is our mission not only to make great spirits, but also to enrich the lives of those who selflessly and bravely lead us to a better tomorrow. 

A note from our founder:

"Everyone has a father, but not everyone has five. 

My two brothers and I grew up in rural Upstate NY, in the '60s and '70s. We had two loving parents and a big Italian-American family. My Dad was a beloved police officer in our small town of Little Falls, New York, on the Erie Canal. One winter day in 1970, my Dad went to work and didn't come back. He passed away on the job after unknowingly backing into a snowbank, dying from carbon monoxide poisoning. He left behind three young boys and our Mom.

I was only 11 years old and my entire world shattered. I'll never forget the pain of losing my Dad, but I'll also never forget the love we shared and the love from family and community that got me through it. My three uncles, his brothers, did their best to fill in as father figures for us boys and to help our mom. Servicemen and veterans themselves, they taught us everything they knew and loved us like their own. They made us good men. My Mom found love again and would go on to spend the rest of her days with my Fifth Father. He is the grandfather to my children and is one of the kindest, gentlest, and wisest men I have ever known. 

Life can be an adventure, if you let it be. Every twist and turn puts us onto a path that courage and sense of heritage enable ut to experience. Over time we gain the vision to see the interconnections. If we're lucky, we experience the best that can be alongside family and community."
