El Limoncelito

A silky, citrus-forward gin sour made with Five Saints Savory Tuscan Style Gin and limoncello, finished with a frothy egg white crown and a twist of lemon.

Ingredients:

 - 2 oz Five Saints Savory Tuscan Style Gin

 - 1 oz limoncello

 - ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

 - ½ oz simple syrup

 - 1 egg white

Steps:

1) Add gin, limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.

2) Dry shake (no ice) vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

3) Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

4) Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

5) Garnish with a lemon peel curl on a cocktail pick.
