Amaretto Cocktails

Amaretto Sour

• SHAKER
• 2 oz amaretto, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 3 dashes orange bitters, shake, strain over new ice in a rocks glass, garnish with a cherry and lemon

Godmother

• Rocks Glass, 1.5 oz Vodka, 1.5 oz amaretto, add ice, drop in cherry and stir

Ginger Snap

• SHAKER
• 2 oz amaretto, 3 dashes bitters, 1/2 oz lime juice, shake, strain over new ice in copper cup, top with ginger beer, garnish with cinnamon stick

Fighting Irish

• SHAKER
• 1.5 oz White Whiskey, 1.5 oz amaretto,1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz orgeat syrup, shake and strain into coupe glass, garnish with ginger
