  • SHAKER
  • 2 oz White Whiskey, 4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters, 1/2 oz Simple Syrup, Lemon Zest, Spray chilled glass with Absinthe, then strain into it, NO ICE

  • Rocks Glass: 1.5 oz Gin, 0.5 oz Absinthe, 4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters, 1/2 oz Lavender Simple Syrup, Orange Zest.

  • TG: 1.5 Oz Savory Tuscan Style Gin, 1/4 oz absinthe, half Cranberry juice, half Sprite.

  • 1 oz Savory Tuscan Style Gin, 1/2 oz absinthe, 1/2 oz Lavender Simple Syrup, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, 1 oz Pasteurized Egg Whites/Chickpea Juice, Muddled Rosemary. Shake and strain into Coupe, garnish with rosemary.

Absinthe Mule

  • 1 oz absinthe, 3 count Lime juice, top with Ginger Beer, dash of Peychaud’s Bitters.
